Seats
There are two different systems for fixing the rear seats, the differences are described here. The seat backs on the rear seats come loose because the fixtures fall out and bream, but they can be bought as original spares, and are even inexpensive and easy to change. Broken stitchings on the drivers seat are normal, but can easily be fixed.

Trailer hook
It ought to be easy to mount a trailer hook on Espace since all holes are made in the chassis. It only needs to be bolted on.

Ventilation air filters
The ventilation air filters of Espace JE must be exchanged every 30 000 km according to the instruction manual. They are slightly hard to get to.
